Jump start your wellness plan with this five-session series for adults who want to lose weight, eat healthy and be active. With the help of a health educator and dietitian, you’ll learn how to:
- Use a step counter to help increase daily physical activity
- Choose and eat healthy foods
- Lose and maintain weight
- Set goals
- Overcome barriers
